Who we are

A R PROJECTS CIC("AR Projects", "we") is a Community Interest Company based in Croydon. We are the data controller for the personal information described here. Contact us at admin@arprojects.org or 07510 781971.

What we collect & why

• Food parcel requests: your name, contact details, address, and information about your circumstances (including evidence you choose to upload), so we can assess and fulfil your request fairly.
• Volunteer applications: your contact details, availability, references and safeguarding information (including DBS and next-of-kin), so we can involve you safely in work with vulnerable people.
• Partner & contact enquiries: the details you send us, so we can respond.
• Phone calls: calls to our line may be answered and summarised by our AI assistant to help us support you and follow up.

Who processes it

Our forms and messaging run on GoHighLevel (LeadConnector), and donations are handled by Donorbox — both act as our processors. We don't sell your data, and we don't share it except where needed to deliver our services or where the law requires.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct or delete it, or to stop certain uses. Email admin@arprojects.organd we'll respond within one month. You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).

Keeping it

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purpose it was given, and to meet our legal and safeguarding obligations, then delete it securely.
