When money runs short, an emergency food parcel can bridge the gap. You choose what goes in, our volunteers pack it, and you collect it from our hub.
How it works
Apply online
One short form: who you are, your situation, and the items you'd like. You can apply for yourself or for someone else.

Upload proof of benefits, a referral letter, or any proof that you're in a financially difficult situation. This is how we make sure parcels reach the households in the hardest need.
You hear back
Every application gets a reply within 48 hours. If it's accepted, we text you a link to book your collection slot.
Collect from the hub
Come at your booked time, Tuesdays or Thursdays between 11am and 1pm. Your parcel will be packed and waiting with your name on it.
Good to know
- You choose the items, including dietary and baby needs where we can.
- One parcel per household every two months.
- It's by application and a booked slot, not walk-in.
